Clients’ Feedback – May 2007
At the beginning of 2007, in the process of auditing
the standard of our services, we contacted a series of 50 people who had
been seen during the previous few months in one of our Clinics (Airedale
Allergy Centre). We received 37 responses. A summary of results of the
Patients’ Satisfaction Questionnaire we used, appears below. The
effects of treatments for the main problems we treat have been audited
separately – the results will be made available on our website in
due course.
